Fairfield’s Ice Meez and label mate P-Coat diss those who wear skinny jeans and talk about mobb music. Directed by Big-Ju.
Directed by Damon Jamal. Not too sure why they had the girl on girl football game in the video, other than the fact it must’ve been nice to film it.
SQUEEZ & JACKA starring in “I GOT WORK” from THA RAZOR on Vimeo.
Music video/mini-movie directed by Tha Razor. The part where dude gets shot at the 3:24 mark came out hella sick.

Review:
Years after artists from Done Deal split to pursue success with their own companies and labels, Big Rich and Ya Boy reunite to drop this collaboration EP. Ya Boy, who had been in Southern Cali for the past few years, seems to be stepping up his presence in the Bay Area rap scene, having released tracks with Bailey, Big Rich, & Nump in recent months. He will also be featured on two tracks on E-40’s upcoming “Revenue Retrievin’ Night Shift”. Big Rich, who has been working hard to push 3 Story Muzik, looks to unite his fan base with the fans of Ya Boy and his label, Black Card Music, through this project. The result is music that sounds nice, but suffers from the same old content.
Pros: Ya Boy makes rapping look easy, Big Rich stepped up his lyrics from his solo album, Remember When is great, good beats, only 1 songs I really didn’t like
Cons: Same old content
The standout track on the album is Remember When with Clyde Carson on the hook. Other tracks on the album sound nice, but on this one, Big Rich and Ya Boy actually talk about something more personal and more interesting. With other tracks that feature money or gun talk, any other rapper could spit the same exact lyrics, and other rappers do say practically the same things. These songs can still be enjoyable, but they are easily forgettable with so many similar tracks out there.
This project, combined with the recent signing to Konvict Music, once again has me looking forward to a Ya Boy album. His ability to put rhymes together is near the top of the list when it comes to Bay Area rap. If his content ever matures, he is capable of dropping a classic.
Quote from Ya Boy on Remember When
Ya’ll aint like me when I first came out
I was too young to be talkin bout what I was talking about
So you diss me, I went away and now you miss me
Silly motherfuckers, I knew ya’ll wouldn’t forget me
Went from Done Deal Will, Ya Boy, now I’m YB
Ain’t nothin changed, guns still on me like a ID
I seen a lot of jealous people in this industry
Ya’ll set it off first, you haters, ya’ll be killing me
Giving me credit then take it back, what it’s finna be?
Finicky, who running this rap shit, him or me?
Remember me, 16’s With Me, Rookie Of The Year
The first young Frisco nigga to get it poppin here,
I’ve been going harder than ever, I never disappeared,
I’ve been busy chasing this cheddar, I take it, give it here
Be damed if I’m still in the same spot and it’s a different year
And now you love me, but baby look, listen here
Overall Rating: 4/5
