Thebayisback.com is looking for talented individuals with a passion for Bay Area hip hop to contribute to our vision & mission:
Vision: Bringing the Bay Area hip hop scene back and surpassing the level that it was in during the 1990′s.
Mission: Our goal is to be the top source for the best hip hop songs, videos, albums and artists coming out of The Bay Area.

We are open to new ideas that are aligned with our vision & mission. We could also use talented writers, web designers/developers, and individuals with marketing skills to drive traffic to the site.
This is a great opportunity for students to gain experience. Contribution can be rewarded with a letter of recommendation. At this time, we do not generate enough revenue to have paid positions. However, if the site grows and revenue increases, paid positions are possible.
